Focusing on wine and the best food from local restaurants and caterers, Savor Dallas features an entire weekend of events. The main event is the International Grand Tasting which brings together more than 500 wines and spirits and an array of signature treats from about 60 area chefs. Connoisseurs should plan to participate in the Reserve Tasting (about 40 fine wines from all over the world). There’s an arts district “Wine Stroll” complete with hors d’oeuvres and wine tastings, tasting seminars and a film screening; the Victory Park Celebration features some 40 wines, amazing food and music.
